PAUL ‘IKE’ COMER
Paul “Ike” Comer went to be with Jesus on May 13, 2026. He passed peacefully, at home, after a long illness. Paul is survived by his Wife of 66 years, Kathryn Comer. Two daughters Tara Avila & Tracy Lahr, 5 grandchildren: Erick (Kourtney) Avila, Bobby Avila (Veronica), Nicholas (Ashley) Avila, Isaac Turpin (Samantha), Allison (Jordan) Harris. 7 great-grandchildren: Evin, Ericka Avila, Raquel Avila, Royce Avila; Benjamin Turpin, Marcellus & Amara Harris. One brother, Phillip (Debbie) Comer and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Betty & Paul Comer, Sr., Brother, Gerald Comer, sister Suzanne Templin.
Paul was born on April 3, 1940 & raised in Wheeling, WV. He has lived in CA for 40 years.
Paul loved Jesus… His Lord & Savior. He loved his family — best husband, Daddy and Pappap. He loved his friends — and they loved him. He loved Sports. He played all of them — And watched them when he could no longer play.
Paul will be missed and loved forever!!!
