White, Charles Richard "Dick", 92, of 40 Briarwood Drive, Bethlehem, died on Friday, July 10, 2026 at his home.
He was a graduate of the former Warwood High School and West Virginia University with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. He was a retired accountant of the Treasury and Accounting Department of the former Weirton Steel Corporation.
He was a member of St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church and an Army veteran.
Dick was preceded in death by his parents, B. Lee and Frieda Rasel White, and a brother, Edward L. White.
He was a member of Howard Long Wellness Center, Wheeling Lodge #28, B.P.O.E., Weirton Steel Management Club, 25-year Veterans Club of Weirton Steel Corp., life member of the Alpha Kappa Psi, professional business fraternity, past treasurer of the former Warwood Boosters Club, and a past trustee of the St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, and St. Mark Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Dick is survived by a sister-in-law, Wilma Jean Loveland White, various cousins, and many friends in the Wheeling area.
Friends will be received on Thursday, July 16, 2026 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. at Kepner Funeral Homes, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311) with Reverend Sean Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, WV.
