Gary Grant Harter, 82, of Wheeling, WV went to be with the Lord July 8, 2026. He retired from Northwood Health Systems. Preceded in death his parents Clide & Ester, daughter Tori Williams granddaughter Ashley Harter, brothers Irvin and Stanley. He is survived by his wife Vicki, children Jesse (Danielle), Terri, Bruce, grandchildren Meya, Nya, Jesa, Autumn, Haley, Erika (Brady), great grandchildren, Aryoniah, Avondre, Maliya, Alayna, Bentley, Giuliana, Sophia, brothers Kenny and James (Marjorie), many nieces and nephews. Per Gary's wishes his body was donated to WVU School of Medicine. Gary's life will be remembered with love by those who knew him.
