Gail Marlene Kemp Barbe, 79, of Belmont, Ohio, passed away at home on July 29, 2026.
Marlene was born December 6, 1946, a daughter of the late William Kemp and Katherine Van Dyne Kemp.
Visitation is Sunday, August 2, 2026, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, OH. The following day, Monday, August 3, 2026, there will be visitation from 12 p.m., until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at the Morristown Christian Church in Morristown, Ohio, with Pastor Curtis Hallstrom officiating. The burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda, Ohio.
