Betty Lee Offchinik, 95, of Moundsville, WV; died Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at Moundsville Health Care Center. She was born on June 27, 1931; the daughter of the late Ralph and Florence Litman Logsdon.
Betty was a Floral Designer at Neubauer's Flower Shop and a member of Trinity Episcopal Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Offchinik; one brother, Danny Logsdon; and one aunt, Dorothy Chaikowsky.
Survivors include her son, Robert Offchinik of FL; one granddaughter, Tiffany (Chris) Pawson of FL; one sister, Linda Anderson of Moundsville; one nephew Jason (Mary) Anderson; and one niece, Jodi (Matthew) Masters.
Private Services will be held at Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville, on Friday, August 21, 2026.
