Charlie Parsons, age 38, of Sardis, OH, passed away Sunday August 16, 2026, in Jacksonburg, WV.
He was born April 6, 1988, in Wheeling, WV, a son of Mike and Frankie Osborne Dulaney.
He was the owner of Boogies Garage. Charlie loved cars and being outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his biological mother, Tammy Riggs.
Survivors include his wife, Jessa Parsons, having been together 8 years; son, Odin Parsons; daughter, Nora Parsons; his parents, Mike and Frankie Dulaney; grandfather, Ralph Dulaney, Sr.; siblings, Kimberly Parsons, Brandon Osborne, Christy Osborne and Tasha Dulaney; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Monday August 24, 2026, from 4-8 p.m. at the Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory 751 Third St. New Martinsville, WV.
