Friends will be received at Fourth Street United Methodist Church, 1060 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 11 a.m. until time of the service at 1 p.m. with Pastor George Williams officiating and Pastor Rudy McAllister doing the eulogy.
Interment will follow at Stone Church Cemetery, where the Moundsville Veteran Honor Guard will conduct military honors.
