Robert David Miller, 86, of Wheeling, WV, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home.
He was born October 9, 1939 in Bellaire, OH, son of the late William & Freda Miller.
Robert, the "Mayor of Maser Lane", was former president of his graduating class at Bellaire High School and former president of the West Liberty Business Fraternity. He was a member of the Warwood Lions Club and the Warwood Vets, and the biggest Ohio State Buckeyes fan around.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda S. Miller and his daughter, Jill Cox.
Robert is survived by his son, Ryan Miller; and his grandsons, Robert (Chloe) Miller, II, Merrick Miller, and Carson Miller.
Visitation will be private and interment will be at the convenience of the family at Greenwood Cemetery.
