Martha (Marti) Castilow Krupinski, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at Wheeling Hospital.
Born in Wheeling, WV, on February 2, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Catherine Mercer Castilow.
A resident of Triadelphia, Marti found her greatest joy in the simple beauties of life. She was an avid gardener who found peace among her flowers and loved softball in her younger days. Above all, Marti dedicated her life to her family, weaving a legacy of love and warmth that will be carried forward by those she held most dear.
Marti has been reunited in eternal rest with her devoted husband, Herman Krupinski, as well as her parents and her sisters, Donna Derr and Libby Slyder.
Her memory will be forever honored by her three sons and their wives: Bryan (Marcy) Krupinski, Rick (Darlene) Krupinski, and Mark (Jan) Krupinski. She also leaves behind a vibrant legacy through her 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren, all of whom were the pride and joy of her life.
Honoring Marti's wishes, private services and interment at Park View Memorial Gardens will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
