Robert “Bradley” Higgins, 64, of Tampa, FL, died Friday, October 9, 2026 at home.
He was born February 4, 1962 in Glen Dale, WV; the son of the late Robert L. and Janet Calvert Higgins.
Bradley was a manager for Leather Galleries and Methodist by faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Bradley is survived by his uncle, John Calvert, his loving aunts, Maureen “Cakie” Thomas and Sandy Higgins, and his dear friend, Lee Oken, whose unwavering friendship, love, and support remained a constant in Bradley’s life. Lee stood faithfully by his side until the very end.
Private services will be held at Riverview Cemetery, Moundsville.
