Joseph Michael Savarino Sr., 98, of St. Clairsville, OH, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025 at Wheeling Hospital - WVU. He was born on June 25, 1927, in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Dominic and Vinceza (Diecidue) Savarino. Joseph was a World War II, U.S. Navy Reserve Veteran and a devout Catholic. He retired from Blaw-Knox after over 30 years. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his loving wife of over 50 years, Lois M. (Lilley) Savarino; two brothers and four sisters.
