Carolyn “Butch” Fortney, passed from this life into the next on March 5, 2025 at Mon Health Medical Center, Morgantown, WV, following complications of Influenza A. She was born October 3, 1942 in Wheeling, WV the daughter of the late Vern and Susan Hicks Phillips. She graduated from Cameron High School in 1960 and remained a lifelong Dragon Fan.
