Nancy Lee Barker Bonnell, of Scio, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at Ohio’s Hospice Truman House in New Philadelphia surrounded by her loving family. Born in Wheeling, WV, she was the daughter of the late Joseph H. Barker and Shirley Riggs Barker. She started singing at age 4 with her parents and the Chuck Wagon Gang.
