Louis Henry Heller II, 51, of Moundsville, WV passed away on April 24, 2024 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital surrounded by family. He was born on January 1, 1973 to the late Louis H. And Ellen M. (O’Connell) Heller. He is also preceded in death by his sister JoJo Heller. He was a graduate of Wheeling Park High School, a lifelong Wheeling Nailers and Dallas Cowboys fan, and loved Christmas.
