He was born December 16, 1933 on Nauvoo Ridge, Glen Easton, WV, the son of the late James Harvey and Pearl Minor Hall. He was a retired Ironworker, having worked with Locals 786, 550, and 404; attended Church of the Nazarene; and enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.
