Lee Franklin, 68, of Moundsville, WV; died Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at home. He was born July 9, 1957 in Moundsville, WV; the son of the late Paul and Gaward (Ward) Franklin. He was a retired electrician. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Donna Lee Franklin.
