Justin William Glasgow, 34, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023 as a result of an automobile accident near Cadiz, Ohio. He was born March 23, 1989 in Wheeling, West Virginia a son of William F. and Michele A. Boger Glasgow. Justin was a cook for Applebee’s Restaurant in St. Clairsville and a member of the Church of Christ. He loved the outdoors, hiking, camping and kayaking. He especially enjoyed animals and his music.
