– To Elks scholarship winners Pearl Chambers and Cameron Anderson. The John Marshall High School seniors both will receive $1,000 from Wheeling Elks Lodge No. 28, and also be eligible for further scholarships.
Chambers plans to attend West Liberty University and major in education. She is a four-year member of John Marshall's band, steel band and orchestra.
Anderson will attend West Virginia University and major in sports medicine. He is a four-year member of the soccer and lacrosse teams, and earned all-state in band and orchestra. Congratulations!
