Rich Blackburn has a passion -- and he's turning that into reality. Over the past few years, he has converted 2,322 game films from Steubenville High School's football team to a digital format.
He inherited this love of preserving local history from his father, the late Jim Blackburn. Together, they have recorded every Big Red game since 1978.
What an important role the Blackburn's have served in archiving our area's top football program. Rich Blackburn said he even has game films from the former Wheeling High School and others.
