Pats on the Back
– To members of the Ohio County Board of Education for making the decision to return Wheeling Park High School’s homecoming parade to the downtown. The event has been held at the high school for the past few years, and with the Streetscape project nearing its end, bringing the parade back to the Central Business District — where students and attendees get to enjoy the beauty of Heritage Port — makes sense. We look forward to October as the parade returns to where it belongs.
