Boreman Statue Testament to Area

Editor, News-Register: Wheeling now has a new, beautiful statue honoring West Virginia’s first governor, Arthur Boreman. On the north lawn of West Virginia Independence Hall, this monument by noted Morgantown sculptor Jamie Lester (statues of Jerry West and Don Knotts are among his works) marks his first major work in the Northern Panhandle.
