Fluharty Represents Constituents

Editor, News-Register: Ohio County residents are fortunate to be able to vote to send Delegate Shawn Fluharty back to the West Virginia Legislature in the upcoming general election. I know I am not from your county now. But I grew up in Wheeling and went to Triadelphia High School. Voting Against All Amendments

Editor, News-Register: Get while the getting is good is what the Republican-controlled West Virginia Legislature is attempting to do by placing four Amendments on the November ballot. In my opinion, all will take away local control of our counties and cities, and place that control firmly in Charleston. I don’t think that is what most West Virginians want.
