Fluharty Represents Constituents

Editor, News-Register: Ohio County residents are fortunate to be able to vote to send Delegate Shawn Fluharty back to the West Virginia Legislature in the upcoming general election. I know I am not from your county now. But I grew up in Wheeling and went to Triadelphia High School.
