Editor, News-Register: I have noticed that Mr. Bill Bryant of St. Clairsville and that (Richard) Hord from Martins Ferry are still constantly writing letters to the editor of this newspaper hoping to get published. Editor, News-Register: This newspaper this past week published a story about the administration of Ohio County Schools recommending a project to the Board of Education to turf the existing baseball field at Wheeling Park High School and add lights for an estimated cost of about $1.6 million dollars.
