Well, last week’s special session might be the most unusual special session I’ve seen in 13 years of being beneath the golden dome of the State Capitol Building. As a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates representing Brooke and Ohio counties, I am always looking for ways to improve healthcare outcomes for people in our state.
