Nutcrackers to Usher in Holidays
Steubenville — Nutcrackers — a staple of every Christmas holiday season — will be a fun addition to this year’s 2016 Perkins Restaurant & Bakery Fantasy in Lights Parade on Friday. Thanks to a collaboration between Historic Fort Steubenville and Nelson’s of Steubenville, a large sleigh will be filled with various nutcrackers as part of the Wheeling parade.
