INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- The ECHL, in conjunction with the Indy Fuel and Wheeling Nailers, announced that Thursday's game could not be played due to unplayable ice conditions in Indy.
The Fuel front office will make a decision today on the potential rescheduling of the game.
Last weekend, the Nailers were forced to cancel both games against South Carolina because of unplayable ice conditions inside WesBanco Arena.
Wheeling's issues seemed to be solved as the Nailers' game on Wednesday night went off without a hitch but the problem reoccurred on Thursday in Indy.
The Nailers will head to Fort Wayne to face the Komets on Friday at 8 p.m., before hosting Fort Wayne at WesBanco Arena on Sunday at 4:10 p.m.
A limited number of tickets are available for Wheeling Nailers home games, and season memberships and flex packs are also available.
