MORGANTOWN — Ethan Neely drove in three runs on a single and his first home run of the season as visiting John Marshall downed University in a 10-1 rout on Thursday.

Jacob Korngiver was outstanding on the mound for the Monarchs with 12 strikeouts and only three walks, while allowing just two hits in over five innings.

Grant Neiswonger tallied three hits for JM, while Dillon Wright and Luke Cramer each singled and doubled, while Chase Kerns and Jacob Coffield each recorded two hits and a RBI and Noah Beckett added a hit and a RBI in the win.
