Wheeling Central track and field standout Cooper Blair has signed to continue his academic and athletic careers at Mount Union University. Blair is coming off of winning two state titles at last month’s WVSSAC Track and Field Championships as a member of Central’s 4×100 and 4×200 relay teams.

Blair was also recently attended the Prefontaine Classic at Hayward Field on the campus of the University of Oregon and plans to try out for the US Paralympics Team in 2024. At Mount Union, Blair plans to study biology.
