The second class of the John Marshall High School Athletic Hall of Fame has been announced.

The 2022 inductees include: the Gilbert Family, Contributors/Boosters; Chuck Duckworth, Athletic Director/Administrator; Ed Dugas, Multi-Sport Coach; Greg Morris, Athlete; Dustin

Richey, Athlete; Michael Myers, Athlete; Ted Zervos, Athlete; Chris Ward, Athlete; Alex Shook, Athlete; Amy Blankenship Bailey, Athlete; and Kirk Monteleone, Athlete.

This year’s JMHS Athletic Hall of Fame members will be honored during a banquet at the high school this Saturday, September 3, 2022, at 4:00 pm in the commons at the school. Anyone wanting to attend the event can purchase tickets online at jmhs.hometownticketing.com or at JMHS during school hours.

The purpose of the JMHS Athletic Hall of Fame is to highlight and honor those Monarch athletes, coaches, administrators and supporters who excelled in their respective sports or coaching/support roles and who helped to bring honor, recognition, distinction and excellence to the school by their conduct both on and off the field, or court of competition.

This recognition will help maintain the spirit, pride and sense of community as well as serving as a historical account of the athletic traditions of John Marshall High School.
