GAGE CLINE, Edison. This Wildcats senior QB did a little of everything as his team went 10-0. He passed for 1,185 yards and 16 TDs and also ran for 1,273 yards and 21 more touchdowns.
SPENSER OSTOVICH, Steubenville. This two-way stalwart excelled on both sides of the ball. He made 68 tackles, 14 TFLs and sacked the QB five times. On offense, he was the short yardage back.
BRETT PHILLIPS, Wheeling Park. This senior passed for 3,105 yards and 35 TDs while rushing for 547 yards and another 10 TDs. He broke 8 school records and played with a broken wrist the last two games.
CALEB COWANS, Harrison Central. This senior played defensive tackle for the Huskies and some linebacker. To show his versatility, he also played fullback and some on the offensive line in his career.
CAM DALEY, Steubenville. This three-year starter on the offensive line allowed just five tackles by his blocking assignment.
CAM JONES, Weir. A two-way lineman for the Red Riders, this 6-6, 300-pounder is committed to James Madison . His blocking allowed Weir to run for more than 2,700 yards and 28 touchdowns.
CHARLIE DiSAIA, Wheeling Park. He charted 70 tackles, 17 TFLs, charted eight QB sacks and intercepted a pass for the Patriots.
COLE PORTER, John Marshall. He graded out at 97 percent as a right tackle for the Monarchs. He had 27 pancake blocks. Defensively, he had 20 tackles and a pair of quarterback sacks.
CONOR FITZPATRICK, John Marshall. He earned first team all-state as a punter, averaging 37.9 yards on 40 kicks. He also recorded 23 touchbacks on 37 kickoffs and was 8-for-11 on field goals.
ERICK BROTHERS, Jr. A junior linebacker, he made 115 tackles, 18TFLs and recorded four quarterback sacks. He also had a pick-six and defended against a trio of passes.
DRUE JOZWIAK, St. Clairsville -- This Red Devil defensive end caused opposing defenses all sorts of problems this past season.
Jozwiak recorded 66 tackles and had a team-high 10 sacks and three forced fumbles.
ISAAC HILL, Steubenville. This junior set three school records with 57 receptions for 981 yards and 14 touchdowns. Defensively, he made 53 tackles, 11 TFLs and sacked the quarterback six times.
JACE MADZIA, Harrison Central -- This senior doubled with football and soccer this season and it paid off as he earned All-Ohio acclaim as a kicker.
Madzia connected on 35 PAT kicks and was a 3-of-3 on FGs.
JACOB COFFIELD, John Marshall. Another two-way performer for the Monarchs, he passed for 848 yards and four TDs. Defensively, he had 55 tackles, four QB sacks and forced two fumbles.
JAVIN HARPER, Steubenville. He was the only Big Red lineman to play both ways. Offensively, his assignment made jusr four tackles. Defensively, he had 41 tackles, 13 TFLs and five quarterback sacks.
JERRAE HAWKINS, Wheeling Park. One of the fastest players in the Ohio Valley and state of W.Va., he caught 67 passes for 1,173 yards and 14 touchdowns. He broke two school records.
KyJHAUN HOPKINS, Steubenville. A seciobd team all-stater, he logged 100 tackles, 16TFLs, recorded five QB sacks and recovered two fumbles. Offensively, he had 298 all-purpose yards.
MICHAEL HOGAN, Wheeling Park. At 6-4, 300 pounds, he anchored the Patriots offensive line and gave Phillips plenty of time to throw the ball. When WP ran the ball, they ran behind Hogan.
TALAN McCLURG, Edison. Just a junior, he ran for 1,059 yards on 95 carries and reached the end zone 14 times. He only played in a little over seven games due to injury.
TANNER GRFFITH, Brooke. A senior defensive lineman, he charted 26.5 tackles, of which 24 were solo. He also had 7.5 TFLs and sacked the quarterback once. He also had a pass breakup.
TRE REX, Harrison Central -- This senior posted an impressive season for the Huskies despite missing a couple of games.
As the Huskies go-to-guy in the passing game, Rex hauled in 25 passes for 557 yards for 10 TDs.
TREY HOOVER, Buckeye Local -- This senior put the finishing touches on a brilliant prep career with yet another impressive season. As a running back, he rushed for 1,166 yards and 15 touchdowns. On the defensive side, he posted 102 tackles.
TYLIK SIMS, Steubenville. This all-district performer had 89 tackles, 11 passes defended and eight TFLs. He also caught 18 passes for 216 yards and a pair of touchdowns. WILL JAMES, Wheeling Park. He never came off the field for the Patriots, playing wide receiver and safety. He had 37 catches for 774 yards and seven TDs. Defensively, he made 31 tackles.
ZION MCGEE, Indian Creek. Just a sophomore, he rushed for 1,203 yards on 237 carries for the Redskins. He averaged 5.07 yards per carry and scored 11 touchdowns. ASHTON ELLIS, Edison. This senior offensive lineman was a main reason the Wildcats finished 10-0 and won the OVAC Class 4A title. His blocking paved the way for Cline and McClurg.
