The WVSSAC released brackets for the 2025 girls basketball super regional tournaments, which will determine the qualifiers for the state tournament set to take place in Charleston’s Coliseum & Convention Center in March. This is the first year of a new system to determine state qualifiers, with the traditional sectional system done away with, and replaced with a “super regional” tournament, where the teams that were previously divided into two sections are combined, and two teams from each region will earn spots in the state tournament.
