ST. CLAIRSVILLE — St. Clairsville’s Parker Galloway scored five goals Thursday as the Red Devils breezed to a 6-0 win over Steubenville Catholic, bringing Galloway to 100 goals in his career.

Maverick Malin also scored for St. C. Lucas Causey tallied three assists, Camden Judge had two, and Ridge Reven had one assist.

Maroon Knights Win Consolation vs. Columbiana

COLUMBIANA — Wheeling Central swept Columbiana in their OVAC 3A Consolation match Thursday, 25-13, 25-14, 25-22.

Remy Peters led Central in kills with eight. She also tallied three service aces and six digs. Lainey Peters finished with six kills and 11 digs. Morgan Miehle matched her kills total. Olivia Stephens had eight digs.

Wheeling Central, Marietta Play To Draw

MARIETTA — The Maroon Knights tied on the road against Marietta on Thursday, 3-3.

Senior keeper Bella Fitzsimmons was key for Central, racking up 20 saves in-goal.

Rylee Wright tallied a brace for Wheeling Central, while Loni Kusic scored as well. Wright, Kusic and Elizabeth Steele each assisted on goals.
