ST. CLAIRSVILLE – The annual OVAC All-Star Volleyball match will be held on Saturday, Nov. 15 at the ECO Center, starting at 3 p.m. The top 15 girls in Ohio and West Virginia have all indicated that they will participate.

During the contest, the Player of the Year in all five classes will be announced, as will three individuals who will be recognized for their many years of serving OVAC student-athletes.
