WELLSVILLE — The Shadyside Tigers went on the road and blew away the Wellsville Tigers in a fight between big cats Wednesday, 59-12.

Kaci Tsoras pumped in 22 points to lead all scorers, scoring 14 in the first half, where Shadyside led 33-9.

Aylah Albright scored 10 to join Tsoras in double figures. Shadyside made nine 3-pointers Wednesday; three coming from Tsoras, and two apiece coming from Ali Weatherson and Adrianna Hines.

Valley 48, Notre Dame 40

CLARKSBURG — The Lumberjills came back to Pine Grove with a victory on Wednesday, using a fast start to snag a road win against the Irish.

Valley led 12-6 after the first quarter, and 26-17 at halftime.

Valley senior Laken Dawson led all scorers with 23 points, knocking down four 3’s to reach her total. Fellow senior Michaela Miller scored eight in support.

Addy Murray scored 22 to lead Notre Dame.
