COLUMBUS – The 2026 Divisions IV, V, VI and VII girls basketball All-Ohio teams were announced Monday by the Ohio Prep Sports Media Association. The All-Ohio teams are based on nominations from the seven districts of the OPSMA from regular-season accomplishments.

A pair of Eastern District standouts received first-team status as Indian Creek’s Kaydence Walker (D-IV) and Union Local’s Laken Vinskovich (D-V) were selected. Walker, a 5-9 junior, averaged 18.3 points as the Redskins advanced to the regional semifinals. Vinskovich, a 6-1 senior, scored 19.5 points a game for the Jets, who were ousted in the district finals.

Martins Ferry’s 5-10 junior Giana Chirpas was a third team selection in Division V, while Shadyside Kaci Tsoras, a 5-10 senior, was a third team Division VII honoree.

Numerous girls earned special and honorable mention in their respective divisions.
