SHADYSIDE – After watching visiting Buckeye Local tie the game at six with two runs in the top of the seventh inning, Shadyside walked it off in the bottom of the inning and win 7-6. Linsly Names Goodwin Head Boys Basketball Coach

WHEELING – Linsly is pleased to announce that Kelvin “Bubby” Goodwin has been officially named head coach of the Linsly boys’ basketball program. Goodwin previously held the position of interim coach during the 2025 - 2026 season. Herd Drops NCAA Tourney Opener To Arizona In 7-5 Battle

DURHAM, N.C. — In its first NCAA Tournament contest in nine years, Marshall Softball (37-18) battled in a 7-5 defeat to the #21 ranked Arizona Wildcats. The Herd hit four home runs - including two from the Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year Sydni Burko - extending its single-season team record to 93 homers hit this year. With the loss, Marshall will face Howard at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
