Seven Springs Hosts Fireworks, Food Trucks Festival
Fireworks. Food trucks. Seven Springs.
For those with a discriminating palate who enjoy seeing the mountain-top sky lit red, white, green and blue, not much more needs to be said.
Seven Springs Mountain Resort is hosting Saturday its first-ever Fireworks & Food Trucks Festival. The event, set from 3-10:30 p.m., will feature 15 of the region’s top food trucks along with the largest fireworks show to ever to presented on the mountain — 45 minutes in total.
Cover bands featuring music from the past four decades also will be on site, along with craft beers and cocktails at the Saloon.
Some of the regions finest crafters also will be on hand to share their wares.
Food trucks in attendance are Vagabond Taco Truck, Ash and Kris Gyros, Health A Liscious, The Cheese Melt, Taste of Nawlins, Klosky Hunky Cuisine, PGH Crepes, 724 Cruising Cuisine, Caustelot Creamery, Ekernally Yours, 3-0-Pho To-Go, Hoshi Hibachi, pghfoodcoma, Truckin’ Fresh and Wieners Gone Wild.

Bands in attendance include The Grid, playing classic hits from the 1970s, 3-4:30 p.m. on the west stage; Ridgemont High, which bills itself as the Ultimate ’80s cover band, from 4:30-6 p.m. on the east stage; Radio Tokyo, playing rock, pop and hip-hop party tunes from the 2000s, 6-7:30 p.m. on the west stage; and Saved by the ’90s, from 7:30-9 p.m. on the east stage.
