BELMONT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

At 2:10 p.m. Monday, a deputy responded to the Kroger Fuel Center, Valley Frontage Road, St. Clairsville, for a report of two suspicious males in a silver Jeep trying to sell entertainment systems. The deputy did not locate the males, according to the report.

At 12:14 p.m. Monday, a deputy responded to U.S. Crossing LLC, National Road, Morristown, for a report of missing equipment that was company property that belonged on the job site.

At 11:45 a.m. Monday, a complainant from St. Clairsville Street, St. Clairsville, came to the station to report he was a registered sex offender, and a person known to him has accused him of contacting a juvenile. The complainant wanted to make a record that he did not.

At 8:16 a.m. Monday, a deputy responded to Wegee Road, Shadyside, for a neighbor complaint about trash on the property.
