Dr. Kindra Browning Joins Harrison Community Hospital

Dr. Kindra Browning has joined the staff of Harrison Community Hospital.

Board certified in internal medicine, Browning is a graduate of Ohio University with degrees in human biology and nutrition, and the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

A native of Shadyside, Browning served a residency at Ohio Valley Medical Center, where she also was the medical director of the Dean Ornish Cardiac Program.

Other previous positions include participation in management of critical care units at Cleveland Clinic, chief medical officer at Twin City Hospital in Dennison, hospitalist at Aultman Internal Medicine and through Echo Locums and Sound.

In addition, Browning has served as associate clinical professor for the Department of Medicine Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine-Cleveland Clinic.

HCH Administrator Tony Martinelli said, “We’re proud to welcome Dr. Browning back to the area. Being a native of Eastern Ohio, she’s already familiar with the community and we’re sure she’ll be a wonderful asset to our hospital.”

Browning is accepting new patients ages 22 and older. Her office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays except Wednesday.

HCH is a division of Wheeling Hospital.
