WASHINGTON — The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions committee this afternoon, by a 12-11 vote, approved the nomination of Wheeling’s David Zatezalo as undersecretary of Labor, heading the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration.
Zatezalo’s nomination now goes to the full Senate.
