A tractor trailer truck rests on its side on Interstate 70 west this morning after jackknifing near the bottom of Two Mile Hill in Ohio County.

A tractor trailer truck carrying ice cream jackknifed in the westbound lanes of Interstate 70 near the bottom of Two Mile Hill in Ohio County Tuesday morning. Traffic remained stalled at 2 p.m. as crews worked to upright the truck and clean up diesel fuel. Motorists were rerouted from the scene, causing tie-ups on U.S. 40 and adjacent detour roads. No injuries were reported. The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office said the driver was cited for failure to maintain control.
