Smoke and sirens rocked the corner of Market and 14th Streets in Wheeling around 8:40 p.m. Tuesday evening. Wheeling police suspect that a fuel issue led to a car fire, which flooded the area with acrid smoke for around 10 minutes before first responders were able to extinguish the flames and get the situation under control. Police said no one was injured as a result of the fire.
