DOH Is Criticized

Editor, News-Register:

Question for the Division of Highways:

OK. You guys can't patch a hole the right way. You can't clean bridges or ramps.

Then you put down a ton of salt when there is no snow, and then when it does snow, you use very little. Plus, plowing is terrible.

One more thing, why do you use cinders with boulders in it? Is it because you waste so much salt? So what are we paying you for?
