Drivers Feel the Squeeze From Concrete Replacement Project on National Road in Wheeling

Road crews continue working on a concrete replacement project on National Road in the Elm Grove section of Wheeling this week. The West Virginia Division of Highways said there will be lane restrictions on National Road between Monument Bridge and the Super 8 Hotel, and two-way traffic will be maintained at all times. Motorists are advised to reduce speed and expect delays as the project is scheduled to continue through July 26.
