She was born May 27, 1962, in Wheeling, the daughter of the late Wayne and Elizabeth (Megale) Allen. Michelle served as a Eucharist Minister at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and was a devoted member of The Third Order of Mairst. She was a big football fan and loved the Pittsburgh Steelers.
