William and Betty Jo Hall of Wheeling celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Feb. 7. They were married on Feb. 7, 1970, at Calvary Methodist Church in Moundsville with the Rev. John Mason officiating. William retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel, Beech Bottom plant, after working there for 32 years. Betty Jo retired after working 43 years as a nurse. They are parents of two children, William and Joanna; five grandchildren complete the family. The couple celebrated with a party on Feb. 8 with their family and a few close friends.
