WHEELING — Two federal drug trafficking cases involving the Ohio Valley have resulted in prison sentences, including the final defendant in an operation that stretched from Cleveland to Wheeling. Village officials are responding to a waterline break on Second Avenue in the West Bellaire neighborhood in the village of Bellaire. The break was spotted by residents about 12:30 p.m. as water was shooting into the air from the break site on the roadway, leaving residents without water.
