Lynette Doyle of Wheeling stopped by the Oglebay Park Stables last week to provide some daily exercise for her horse named “Forecast.” Both the staff of the facility, which serves as the home for Bethany’s Equestrian program, and local horse owners provide the daily care and exercise for horses kept at the stables.
