WHEELING — Union trade workers and the contractors who employ them are coming together for their first Project BEST Steak Fry, with proceeds benefiting a new play area for children receiving care at WVU Medicine Children's. The Project BEST Steak Fry is scheduled for 5-8 p.m. Aug. 13 at Oglebay Park's Levenson Shelter. Local and state officials recently conducted field reviews of the proposed locations for a new crossing to replace the Market Street Bridge.
