‘America and Art – Celebrating Our 250th Founding Through Art’ to go on display in Weirton

WEIRTON — The Top of West Virginia Arts Council invites artists to show their interpretation of the nation’s founding and history through their work. “America and Art — Celebrating Our 250th Founding Through Art” caters to visual artists working in any medium.
